Bundle Accommodation Terms and Conditions:

On top of the Full Forum Registration, the bundle accommodation package includes 2 nights accommodation only, unless prior arranged with BOINZ. It does not include hotel meals. Catering at the conference is included, as per the full registration, for morning/afternoon tea and lunch.
Any extra charges incurred during your hotel stay must be settled upon departure from the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor. Failure to do so will result in these charges being invoiced to you and will include an admin processing fee of NZD$60.00 (gst exclusive).

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing by the Institute and must receive a written acknowledgement that it has been received. All cancellations incur an administration fee of NZD$120.00 (gst exclusive) per registration. Cancellations must be received by July 20th 2019 for the bundle package, otherwise they will incur an additional late fee of NZD$85.00 (gst exclusive) per registration. Substitutions will be received prior to August 10th 2019, but will incur a processing fee of NZD$60.00 (gst exclusive) per registration. The named conference delegate must be the person attending on the day, unless already discussed with the Institute. There will be no refund for a cancellation made within 48 hours of the event commencing, or a "no show" on the day.

THURSDAY REGISTRATION: Thursday 22 August

Thursday Only Registration includes:

  • Thursday Technical Programme Registration
  • Full Day Catering (Tea & Coffee, Morning/Afternoon tea, Lunch)
  • Includes Dinner Ticket
