Do I need to book my own accommodation?
Yes. All accommodation requirements are to be booked by delegates themselves. For the 2017 Annual Conference & Expo in Auckland, delegates can utilize the accommodation booking service kindly provided by Inhouse Event Solutions. Inhouse Event Solutions has negotiated with various accommodation providers in Auckland on your behalf, to offer you a range of accommodation options with competitive prices. This convenient and easy to use portal also allows you to manage your own or group accommodation bookings quickly and efficiently.
The special rates offered are only available for bookings confirmed by 6 April 2017, or until the rooms sell out.
Do I need to book my own flights?
Yes. We strongly advise that you book your flights as soon as possible to minimise costs and maximise your time at the conference. Note that the conference finishes at 3:30pm on Wednesday 10 May.
How do I qualify for an 'Early Bird' Registration?
To be eligible for an Early Bird registration, registrations must be received by the office by the early bird date indicated , which is the 30 of March 2017.
I'm not able to attend the full conference - are there single day registrations available?
Yes - you can register for any day you want to attend, at the indicated single registration cost. There are member and non-member rates.
Can I purchase extra tickets for the conference social programme?
Social Programme tickets are available for partners of conference registrants. Single tickets are also available.
I have registered for a full registration, but I can't attend some of the networking functions - do I get a discount on my registration?
No, full registrations are fully inclusive of all social programmes and priced accordingly, therefore the cost of a full registration cannot be amended.
Will the speaker presentations be available after the conference?
Yes - all delegates will be sent a link to a Dropbox file containing all the speaker presentations. If your company/organisation has access issues to Dropbox, we recommend you supply a personal email address for the link to be sent so that you can access the presentations from your home computer.
