National Qualifications

Building Controls sector in New Zealand is currently undergoing significant changes with the introduction of new national qualifications for building control officials. The new qualifications are:

National Diploma in Building Surveying (Small Buildings)
National Diploma in Building Surveying (Medium-Large Buildings)

The qualifications are being piloted in 2009.
