Leadership and Development Programme

"Empowering the leader within to inspire others"

The Institute and the Training Academy identified a need to develop new aspiring and current leaders in our sector. The vision is to have highly effective and respected leaders who can guide, mentor others within the sector.

The first part of the the programme is Blueprint 4 Success™ and this will be supported by Advanced Coaching modules.

As training needs are identified further programmes will be developed and delivered accordingly.
