Events Division provides a comprehensive service anywhere in New Zealand and our team works to ensure that all trainers and registrants on Institute courses have an easy and memorable experience. Their commitment is to create an experience that is enjoyable for everyone, meets all the client’s objectives and is excellent value for money.

  • liaison with client and overall management of the event
  • project planning and delivery
  • financial management, budgeting and reporting
  • preparation of marketing strategy, promotion of event
  • co-ordination of typesetting and production of all print material including flyers, call for papers, registration brochures, conference handbooks (or CDs) and proceedings
  • co-ordination of website material
  • liaison with venue(s) and bookings
  • accommodation and travel bookings
  • liaison with suppliers for sound, lighting, audio visual, transport, delegate equipment and entertainment
  • exhibition and sponsorship management
  • full registration system for delegates and supply of all delegate materials
  • a team of professionals to manage the event and handle all delegate enquiries prior to, during and after the event
  • secretarial support for conference committee.
